For businesses and the agencies behind them
Can your customers actually
find you in ChatGPT?
People now ask an assistant instead of searching, and get one answer with three names in it. You tell Toldabout the phrases your customers use; it asks ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and Perplexity, then shows whether you are named, who is instead, and the specific change that fixes it.

Ten links became one answer
There is no page two in an assistant's reply. A business is either named or it is not, and the ones that are not get no second chance to be clicked.
Your client cannot see it happening
They can check their Google ranking any time. They have no way to know what an assistant says about their category, so they cannot ask you to fix it.
The sources are knowable
Answers cite where they came from. That makes this workable rather than mystical: you can see the pages an answer was built from and act on them.
How it works
Ask. Read the answer. Change something.
We ask what their customers ask
Questions are generated from the business category, city and language — discovery, quality, price, trust, comparison — then asked of every engine. You can edit them or add your own.

Every gap comes with a specific action — the directories the answer keeps citing that they are missing from, the questions nothing on their site answers, the schema block to paste.

Why another one

Questions
What agencies ask before trying Toldabout
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO rankings?
Ranking measures where a page sits in a list of links. AI visibility measures whether a business is named in the single answer an assistant gives. A business can rank first on Google and be absent from every AI answer about the same query, because assistants assemble answers from sources they can read and trust rather than from the ranked list.
Which AI engines does it track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini. Each is a separate surface with its own sources: the Google-linked ones lean on the local pack and Business Profile, while the others lean on editorial and directory pages. A business can be visible on one and invisible on another.
Does being mentioned by AI actually bring customers?
There is no proven link between AI mentions and revenue yet, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing. What is measurable is that assistants return one answer with a handful of names, and that a business absent from it cannot be chosen from it. That is why every finding here comes with a specific change to make, rather than only a chart.
Can I put my own branding on the reports?
Yes. Client reports carry your agency name, logo and colour, and nothing on a shared report mentions this tool — including the browser tab. You send a link, or print it to PDF.
Which countries and languages are supported?
189 countries, and questions are generated in English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. The language matters because it decides what customers actually type: 'en iyi diş kliniği' and 'best dental clinic' return different answers with different businesses in them.
How are questions chosen for each client?
They are generated from the category, language and the area the business actually serves — one city, a whole country, or anywhere for work delivered online. They span how people search: discovery, quality, price, trust and comparison. You can write your own too, and yours are asked first: a business can win every discovery question and lose every price question, and that gap is usually where the work is.
Run one of your clients through it.
It takes thirty seconds and needs no account. If the result is uncomfortable, that is the useful case.
